Please take a moment to read through our Terms and Conditions before booking.

1. Bookings & Deposits

• Full party planning (including décor, entertainment, invitations, snacks, and fun packs) must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.)

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your date.

• The outstanding balance is due 7 days before the event.

• Soft Play and Jumping Castle rentals are subject to availability — we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

• A R500 refundable security deposit is required for all Soft Play and Jumping Castle rentals.

• Bookings are only confirmed once proof of payment has been received.

2. Payment & Cancellation

• Full payment is required no later than 7 days before the event.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• In the case of bad weather, bookings may be rescheduled to the next available date (subject to availability).

• Refunds are not automatically issued for weather-related cancellations.

3. Equipment Use & Safety

• No food, drinks, or shoes are allowed on the Soft Play or Jumping Castle.

• Soft Play equipment must be set up in a shaded or covered area to prevent overheating and possible injury.

• Adult supervision is required at all times when children are using the equipment.

• Equipment must be kept away from sharp objects, pets, cigarettes, and open flames.

• The renter assumes full responsibility for the safety of all participants and agrees to supervise children at all times.

4. Deposits & Damages

• The security deposit will be refunded once all equipment has been checked and found in good condition.

• The deposit will be forfeited if:

  • There is food, drink, vomit, poop, face paint and glitter on the equipment.

  • The equipment is damaged (punctures, burns, cuts, pet damage, or excessive dirt).

• Any damages exceeding the deposit amount may be billed to the client.

5. Collection & Late Returns

• Rentals are for a full day (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM) unless otherwise agreed.

• If the equipment is not ready for collection by 4:00 PM and a next-day collection is required, an additional full-day rental fee will apply.

• Payments for additional fees can be made via direct deposit or cash.

6. Service Area & Delivery

• We service Table View, Parklands, Sunningdale, Blouberg, and West Beach area

• Deliveries to Melkbos, Milnerton, and Bothasig can be arranged upon request — additional delivery fees will apply.

7. Weather Policy

• In the event of rain or strong wind, all equipment must be placed under cover or indoors to prevent damage and ensure safety.

• We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a booking if weather conditions are unsafe.

8. Liability

• While we take every precaution to ensure safety, the client acknowledges that use of our equipment is at their own risk.

• We cannot be held responsible for injury, choking, accidents, or death resulting from misuse or lack of supervision.

9. Hygiene & Cleanliness

• All equipment is cleaned and sanitized before and after each event.

• Please ensure the setup area is clean, level, and free of debris before installation.

10. Acceptance

By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and accept full responsibility for all equipment during the hire period.
